905.075 Excusing grand juror related to person being investigated.—A grand juror may excuse herself or himself, be excused by a majority vote of the other grand jurors, or be excused by order of the court on its own motion or on motion of the state attorney, and be relieved from deliberating and voting in any case being investigated by the grand jury in which the party being investigated is related by blood or marriage to the grand juror. When excused or relieved, the grand juror shall retire from the grand jury room during the investigation and voting on a true bill against the grand juror’s relative.
