914.05 Compelled testimony tending to incriminate witness; immunity.—The testimony or evidence of a witness who has been ordered by a court of the United States to testify or produce evidence regarding treason, sabotage, espionage, or seditious conspiracy against the United States, after claiming her or his privilege against self-incrimination, shall not subsequently be used against the witness in a criminal prosecution in this state.
