943.255 Effect of chs. 80-71 and 81-24 on prior rules and administrative proceedings.—Neither chapter 80-71, Laws of Florida, nor chapter 81-24, Laws of Florida, shall be construed to invalidate any prior rule promulgated by the Police Standards and Training Commission or the Correctional Standards Council or the department.
