944.281 Ineligibility to earn gain-time due to disciplinary action.—The department may declare that a prisoner who commits a violation of any law of the state or rule or regulation of the department or institution on or after January 1, 1996, and who is found guilty pursuant to s. 944.28(2), shall not be eligible to earn incentive gain-time for up to 6 months following the month in which the violation occurred.
