957.15 Funding of contracts for operation, maintenance, and lease-purchase of contractor-operated correctional facilities.—The request for appropriation of funds to make payments pursuant to contracts entered into by the department for the operation, maintenance, and lease-purchase of the contractor-operated correctional facilities authorized by this chapter shall be included in its budget request to the Legislature as a separately identified item.History.—s. 23, ch. 95-325; s. 19, ch. 2004-248; s. 18, ch. 2023-268; s. 6, ch. 2024-84.
