960.18 Penalty for fraud.—Any person who procures compensation under this chapter by any fraud, or any person who counsels another person to procure compensation under this chapter by any fraud, is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
