1004.35 Broward County campuses of Florida Atlantic University; coordination with other institutions.—The State Board of Education, the Board of Governors, and Florida Atlantic University shall consult with Broward College and Florida International University in coordinating course offerings at the postsecondary level in Broward County. Florida Atlantic University may contract with the Board of Trustees of Broward College and with Florida International University to provide instruction in courses offered at the Southeast Campus.
