1009.215 Student enrollment pilot program for the spring and summer terms.—(1) Subject to approval by the Board of Governors, the University of Florida may plan and implement a student enrollment pilot program for the spring and summer terms for the purpose of aligning on-campus student enrollment and the availability of instructional facilities.(2) The pilot program shall provide for a student cohort that is limited to on-campus enrollment during the spring and summer terms. Students in this cohort are not eligible for on-campus enrollment during the fall term.(3) Students who are enrolled in the pilot program and who are eligible to receive Bright Futures Scholarships under ss. 1009.53-1009.536 are eligible to receive the scholarship award for attendance during the spring and summer terms.
