1010.09 Direct-support organizations.—(1) School district and Florida College System institution direct-support organizations shall be organized and conducted under the provisions of ss. 1001.453 and 1004.70 and rules of the State Board of Education, as applicable.(2) State university direct-support organizations shall be organized and conducted under the provisions of s. 1004.28 and rules of the Board of Governors, as applicable.History.—s. 534, ch. 2002-387; s. 147, ch. 2007-217; s. 156, ch. 2011-5.
