1011.30 Budgets for Florida College System institutions.—Each Florida College System institution president shall recommend to the Florida College System institution board of trustees a budget of income and expenditures at such time and in such form as the State Board of Education may prescribe. Upon approval of a budget by the Florida College System institution board of trustees, such budget shall be transmitted to the Department of Education for review.
