1012.44 Qualifications for certain persons providing speech-language services.—The State Board of Education shall adopt rules for speech-language services to school districts that qualify for additional full-time equivalent membership under s. 1011.62(1)(f). These services may be provided by baccalaureate degree level persons for a period of 3 years.
