1012.69 Provisions relating to Workers’ Compensation Law.—Nothing contained in this chapter shall supersede any of the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Law; provided, however, that where amounts payable under the provisions of the education code, for injuries, accidents, or other disabilities which would entitle an employee to compensation under the provisions of the Workers’ Compensation Law exceed the amounts payable under the compensation law, payments shall be made, as provided in the education code, for the difference between the amount paid under the Workers’ Compensation Law and the amount due under the provisions of the education code.History.—s. 746, ch. 2002-387.
