1012.80 Participation by employees in disruptive activities at public postsecondary educational institutions; penalties.—(1)(a) Any person who accepts the privilege extended by the laws of this state of employment at any Florida College System institution shall, by working at such institution, be deemed to have given his or her consent to the policies of that institution, the policies of the State Board of Education, and the laws of this state. Such policies shall include prohibition against disruptive activities at Florida College System institutions.(b) Any person who accepts the privilege extended by the laws of this state of employment at any state university shall, by working at such institution, be deemed to have given his or her consent to the policies of that institution, the policies of the Board of Governors, and the laws of this state. Such policies shall include prohibition against disruptive activities at state universities.(2) After it has been determined that an employee of a public postsecondary educational institution has participated in disruptive activities, the institution may terminate the contract of the employee, and thereafter such person shall not be
