1012.83 Contracts with administrative and instructional staff.—(1) Each person employed in an administrative or instructional capacity in a Florida College System institution shall be entitled to a contract as provided by rules of the State Board of Education.(2) Each contract or employment agreement, or renewal or renegotiation of an existing contract or employment agreement, containing a provision for severance pay with an officer, agent, employee, or contractor must include the provisions required in s. 215.425.History.—s. 769, ch. 2002-387; s. 34, ch. 2009-60; s. 188, ch. 2011-5; s. 37, ch. 2012-134.
