1012.84 Exemption from county civil service commissions.—(1) Any Florida College System institution located in a county which has either a budget commission or a civil service commission is exempt from the regulation, supervision, and control of any such commission.(2) Any general or special law conflicting with this section is repealed to the extent that said law conflicts with this section.History.—s. 770, ch. 2002-387; s. 189, ch. 2011-5.
