1012.978 Bonuses for state university system employees.—Notwithstanding s. 215.425(3), a university board of trustees may implement a bonus scheme based on awards for work performance or employee recruitment and retention. The board of trustees must submit an annual report to the Board of Governors when awarding bonuses.
