1012.991 Commissioner designated official.—For the purposes of the agreement set forth in Article IX, the 'designated state official' for this state shall be the Commissioner of Education. The Commissioner of Education shall enter into contracts pursuant to Article III of the agreement only with the approval of the specific texts thereof by the State Board of Education.History.—s. 793, ch. 2002-387.
