250.07 Florida National Guard; composition; departmental organization.—(1) The Florida National Guard shall consist of enlisted personnel, commissioned officers, and warrant officers who are citizens of the United States, or who have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States, organized, armed, equipped, and federally recognized, in accordance with the laws of the state and the laws and regulations of the Department of the Army and the Department of the Air Force.
