253.035 Coastal anchorage areas.—On or after January 1, 1993, if an anchorage area at a deepwater port has been formally designated by the United States Coast Guard, it shall be unlawful for commercial vessels waiting to enter the port to anchor outside the anchorage area.History.—s. 2, ch. 90-54.
