253.44 Disposal of lands received.—All lands conveyed to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, pursuant to ss. 253.42, 253.43, 253.44, or ratified by s. 253.43, shall be held and disposed of by said board, pursuant to the laws of the state affecting said Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, and acts amendatory thereto.History.—s. 3, ch. 8525, 1921; CGL 1434; s. 2, ch. 61-119; ss. 27, 35, ch. 69-106.
