255.505 Creation of the pool.—The Department of Management Services is hereby authorized and directed to create the Florida Facilities Pool in order that agencies may participate, and thereby pool the rentals to be paid by such agencies, at uniform rates with additional charges for services provided, and to authorize the issuance of obligations secured by and payable from such rentals and charges.
