255.509 Request for advisory statement.—(1) Any agency may request from the Department of Management Services an advisory statement which shall state the estimated pool rental rate which would be assessed under current conditions for the agency’s facilities if entered into the pool. The request for an advisory statement shall contain a description of each eligible facility under the jurisdiction of the agency or to be acquired by the agency.(2) In rendering such advisory statement, the Department of Management Services shall consult with the division and shall be entitled to rely upon financial advisers or other professionals and may assume whatever method of financing that the division deems cost-effective.History.—s. 11, ch. 85-349; s. 29, ch. 98-279.
