255.516 Security for payment of obligations.—(1) Obligations may be issued with or without the benefit of an indenture of trust, under a master indenture of trust, under different indentures of trust, in series, on a parity, on an inferior lien basis, and in instruments all of the same kind or any combination of different kinds in each case as the division shall determine to be in the best interests of the state.(2) Obligations shall be secured by all such pool pledged revenues.History.—s. 15, ch. 85-349.
