258.017 Dedication of state park lands for public use.—The Division of Recreation and Parks is authorized and empowered, from time to time, by resolution, to dedicate and reserve for the use of the public all or any part of the lands acquired by the division for park purposes; provided however, that said dedication and reservation shall be subject to such rules and regulations, as to reasonable use by the public, as may be adopted by the division.History.—s. 28, ch. 29615, 1955; ss. 25, 35, ch. 69-106.Note.—Former s. 592.073.
