259.0322 Reinstitution of payments in lieu of taxes; duration.—If the Department of Environmental Protection has made a payment in lieu of taxes to a governmental entity and subsequently suspended such payment, the department shall reinstitute appropriate payments and continue the payments in consecutive years until the governmental entity has received a total of 10 payments for each tax loss.History.—s. 52, ch. 99-247; s. 6, ch. 99-353; s. 7, ch. 2003-394.
