265.605 Cultural Endowment Program; rulemaking.—(1) The department shall adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this act.(2) Information which, if released, would identify donors and amounts contributed by donors to the trust fund, or to the local organization’s matching fund, is, at the request of the donor, confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1).
