270.08 Notice of sale of public lands.—When the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund considers it expedient to sell any of the lands that are vested in the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the state, it must give notice of the sale as provided in s. 253.115.
