316.0081 Request regarding traffic signals or other traffic control devices.—To ensure the safe and efficient operation of this state’s roadways, a county or municipality must respond to a request by a county or municipality to which it provides, by agreement, traffic signal or traffic control device services within 60 days after receiving such a request regarding the evaluation, installation, operation, or maintenance of such traffic signals or other traffic control devices.History.—s. 49, ch. 2014-216.
