320.08047 Voluntary contribution for organ and tissue donor education.—As a part of the collection process for license taxes as specified in s. 320.08, individuals shall be permitted to make a voluntary contribution of $1, which contribution shall be deposited into the Health Care Trust Fund for organ and tissue donor education and for maintaining the organ and tissue donor registry.History.—s. 1, ch. 95-423; s. 30, ch. 96-418; s. 1, ch. 98-68; s. 5, ch. 2008-9.
