320.091 Vehicles held in trust; license plates.—Any trust which provides the beneficial use of a vehicle registered to the trust to a person otherwise qualified for a special license plate pursuant to ss. 320.0807, 320.083, 320.084, 320.0842, 320.0843, 320.0845, 320.086, 320.0863, 320.089, 320.0893, and 320.0898, may purchase the special license plate for the vehicle used by the qualified individual. The trustee shall provide an affidavit as to the terms of the trust related to the motor vehicle.History.—s. 47, ch. 97-300.
