322.52 Conflict with other laws.—This act is a remedial law and should be liberally construed to promote the public health, safety, and welfare. To the extent that this act conflicts with general driver licensing provisions, this act prevails. Where this act is silent, the general driver licensing provisions apply.History.—s. 2, ch. 89-282.
