381.0055 Confidentiality and quality assurance activities.—(1) All information which is confidential by operation of law and which is obtained by the Department of Health, a county health department, healthy start coalition, or certified rural health network, or a panel or committee assembled by the department, a county health department, healthy start coalition, or certified rural health network pursuant to this section, shall retain its confidential status and be exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.(2) All information which is confidential by operation of law and which is obtained by a hospital or health care provider from the department, a county health department, healthy start coalition, or certified rural health network, or a panel or committee assembled by the department, a county health department, healthy start coalition, or certified rural health network pursuant to this section, shall retain its confidential status and be exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution.(3) Portions of meetings, proceedings, reports, and records of the department, a county health department,
