383.014 Perinatal mental health care.—By January 1, 2019, the Department of Health shall offer perinatal mental health care information through the Family Health Line toll-free hotline, accessible to the general public, which:(1) Provides basic information on postpartum depression;(2) May recommend that a caller be further evaluated by a qualified health care provider; and(3) May refer a caller to an appropriate health care provider in the caller’s local area.History.—s. 2, ch. 2018-98.
