386.051 Nuisances injurious to health, penalty.—Any person found guilty of creating, keeping, or maintaining a nuisance injurious to health shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 2, ch. 63-64; s. 337, ch. 71-136.
