388.241 Board of county commissioners vested with powers and duties of board of commissioners in certain counties.—In those counties where there has been no formation of a separate or special board of commissioners, all the rights, powers, and duties of a board of commissioners as conferred in this chapter shall be vested in the board of county commissioners of said county.History.—s. 2, ch. 59-195; s. 8, ch. 86-203.
