388.321 Equipment to become property of the county or district.—All equipment purchased under this chapter with state funds made available directly to the county or district shall become the property of the county or district unless otherwise provided, and may be traded in on other equipment, or sold, when no longer needed by the county or district.History.—s. 2, ch. 59-195; s. 1, ch. 63-236.
