388.401 Penalty for damage to property or operations.—Whoever shall willfully damage any of the property of any county or district created under this or other chapters, or any works constructed, maintained, or controlled by such county or district, or who shall obstruct or cause to be obstructed any of the operations of such county or district, or who shall knowingly or willfully violate any provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated by any board of commissioners of any county or district shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 2, ch. 59-195; s. 1, ch. 63-236; s. 341, ch. 71-136.
