395.1031 Emergency medical services; communication.—Each licensed hospital with an emergency department must be capable of communicating by two-way radio with all ground-based basic life support service vehicles and advanced life support service vehicles that operate within the hospital’s service area under a state permit and with all rotorcraft air ambulances that operate under a state permit.
