395.3039 Advertising restrictions.—A person may not advertise to the public, by way of any medium whatsoever, that a hospital is a state-listed stroke center unless the hospital has submitted documentation to the agency verifying that it is certified and meets the criteria as required in s. 395.3038.History.—s. 4, ch. 2004-325; s. 3, ch. 2019-135.
