397.95 Children’s substance abuse services; services provided by licensed providers.—Each substate entity of the department shall ensure that all screening, intake, assessment, enrollment, service planning, and case management services provided under this part are provided by children’s substance abuse services providers licensed under part II of this chapter and in accordance with standards set forth in department rules.History.—s. 10, ch. 99-396; s. 46, ch. 2009-132.
