397.6759 Parental participation in treatment.—A parent, legal guardian, or legal custodian who seeks involuntary admission of a minor pursuant to ss. 397.675-397.6977 is required to participate in all aspects of treatment as determined appropriate by the director of the licensed service provider.History.—s. 6, ch. 93-39.
