399.18 Online services account.—(1) A certified elevator inspector, certified elevator technician, or registered elevator company; a person or entity seeking to become certified or registered as such; a person who has been issued an elevator certificate of competency; a person who is seeking such certificate; a person or entity who has been issued an elevator certificate of operation; and a person or entity who is seeking such a certificate must create and maintain an online account with the division and provide an e-mail address to the division to function as the primary means of contact for all communication from the division. Each person or entity is responsible for maintaining accurate contact information on file with the division.(2) The division shall adopt rules to implement this section.History.—s. 6, ch. 2024-178.
