400.903 PPEC centers to be licensed; exemptions.—(1) For the administration of this part, facilities to be licensed by the agency shall include all PPEC centers as defined in this part which are not otherwise exempt as provided in subsection (2).(2) A facility, institution, or other place operated by the Federal Government or any agency thereof is exempt from the provisions of this part.(3) The requirements of part II of chapter 408 apply to the provision of services that require licensure pursuant to this part and part II of chapter 408 and to entities licensed by or applying for such licensure from the agency pursuant to this part.
