400.908 Administrative fines; disposition of fees and fines.—(1)(a) If the agency determines that a PPEC center is not in compliance with this part, part II of chapter 408, or applicable rules, the agency may request that the PPEC center submit a corrective action plan that demonstrates a good faith effort to remedy each violation by a specific date, subject to the approval of the agency.(b) In accordance with part II of chapter 408, the agency may fine a PPEC center or employee found in violation of this part, part II of chapter 408, or applicable rules, in an amount not to exceed $500 for each violation.
