§ 400.969

400.969 Violation of part; penalties.—(1) In addition to the requirements of part II of chapter 408, and except as provided in s. 400.967(3), a violation of any provision of this part, part II of chapter 408, or applicable rules is punishable by payment of an administrative or civil penalty not to exceed $5,000.(2) A violation of this part or of rules adopted under this part is a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
