401.321 Transferability of license; effect of sale, transfer, assignment, or lease of service.—(1) Each license is valid only for the licensee to whom it is issued and is not subject to sale, assignment, or other transfer, voluntary or involuntary. A license or permit is valid only for the service location for which it was originally issued.(2) A license will automatically expire when a licensee changes his or her service location or service name as registered with the department.
