402.41 Educational materials and training concerning HIV infections and AIDS.—The Department of Health shall develop educational materials and training about the transmission, control, and prevention of human immunodeficiency virus infections and acquired immune deficiency syndrome and other communicable diseases relevant for use in those facilities licensed under the provisions of this chapter.History.—s. 9, ch. 88-380; s. 50, ch. 97-237.
