403.0896 Training and assistance for stormwater management system personnel.—The Stormwater Management Assistance Consortium of the State University System, working in cooperation with the community colleges in the state, interested accredited private colleges and universities, the department, the water management districts, and local governments, shall develop training and assistance programs for persons responsible for designing, building, inspecting, or operating and maintaining stormwater management systems.History.—s. 33, ch. 89-279.
