403.7055 Methane capture.—(1) Each county is encouraged to form multicounty regional solutions to the capture and reuse or sale of methane gas from landfills and wastewater treatment facilities.(2) The department shall provide planning guidelines and technical assistance to each county to develop and implement such multicounty efforts.History.—s. 94, ch. 2008-227.
