403.7236 Local government information to be sent to the department.—Each county shall transmit the following information to the department, according to guidelines established under s. 403.7226:(1) A summary of the information gathered during its local hazardous waste management assessment;(2) Information gathered from each small quantity generator not notified or verified previously; and(3) Onsite information gathered from each existing small quantity generator verification.History.—s. 30, ch. 83-310; s. 4, ch. 85-269; s. 43, ch. 93-207.
